Microbiome & Genomics Lab

The plant microbiome lab focuses on understanding and elucidating plant molecular physiology and microbiome function in response to climate induced stress factors. We use DNA and RNA sequencing and bioinformatics based approaches to study the gene regulatory networks, function and responses.
